2. Vibratory Finisher Application and Feature

2.1 Applications:

The vibratory finisher main application are processing parts made of metals, non-ferrous metals and non-metals. Besides, engineers use the process for burr and rust removal, metal parts edge rounding and mirror polishing. In addition, this process is popular especially for polishing of parts with complicate surface geometry and concave surface.

After processing, there is no damage on parts surface and no affect on parts dimensions. Also, surface roughness of parts can improve 1-2 degree. Vibratory finisher is suitable to finish small to medium size parts in a larger batch quantity.

Shallow incline of processing channel
Manually insert-able separation gate or pneumatically activated separation flap option
Long surface and easy to change separation screens (screen change does not require any special tools)

During processing, media move together with parts. At the same time, the weight of motor is in a  optimum processing motion. Meanwhile, separation deck inside the machine have no media and parts. So flap or deck will not affect media/parts mass tumbling.

After parts processing, machine stops and motor change the direction. Then media and parts flow to the deck of internal separation sieve.The pneumatic shutter or manual handle shutter lower the flap. As a result, media and parts is separated.

When parts go through at separation sieve top, media is return to the processing chamber in vibratory machine. After separation process complete, motor swift to original rotation state. Then machine flap is raised again ready for next batch parts loading.
