Vibratory separation sieve use for separating parts from media after finishing process. Usually parts size is larger than media. But if media size is larger than parts, we can also use inverse separation to collect parts.
Besides, vibratory separators can also sieve out under size tumbling media from normal size media. Therefore it can prevent media lodging parts.
2.3 Working Principal:
Firstly, vibratory separator is made up of air-frame (screen mesh installed inside), spring, and two exciters (vibrating motor) and swashing pipe etc. Besides, there are holes of different specification in the screen of each kind of sieve.
The vibration generated by the exciters enable the relative motion of them after the workpiece and abrasive enters the screen mesh, thus certain inertia will be gained to enhance the screening capacity of the workpiece and abrasive. At the same time clean water will swash the workpiece to keep them clean.
