Circular Vibratory Finishing Machine

The Circular vibratory finishing machine refers to round bowl or toroidal vibratory finishing machines have a doughnut-shaped chamber that permits a continuous circular flow of media and workpieces. The bowls may have either flat or spiral bottom. The vibration of a bowl is accomplished either by a vibratory motor or by an eccentric weight system mounted vertically in the center tube of the bowl.

The trough vibratory finishing machine has another name rectangular vibratory finishing machine or tub vibrator. The rectangular tub generally has a U-shaped cross-section with flat parallel ends and is usually mounted on coil or rubber springs.

Key Element in Vibratory Polishing Machine

Vibratory Motor

The vibratory motor is the key element that drives movement of the machine. Therefore it allows precise control of control of vibration speed with speed converter to provide optimum processing. Motor equipped with overload circuitry, the motion controller also functions as a motor starter.

  • Heavy-duty design motor: Inovatec motor generate high motion with heavy duty and maximum strength. Amplitude can adjust to meet process requirements by adding/removing lower weight plates, and/or simply adjusting the angular relationship of upper to lower weights.
  • large diameter shaft: extra large diameter shaft diminishes shaft deflection and whipping, so there is virtually no rotor rub or bearing loading
  • Motion generator mounting: our tempered mounting wedge design securely supports the motion generator top and bottom, yet still allows easy removal

  • Extra strength castings: these heavy sectioned, extra strength castings provide a solid mounting, permanent bearing alignment, and heat dissipation.

Abrasion Resistant PU (Polyurethane) lining

Inovatec PU lining feature a polyurethane lining which has been degassed, hot poured and hot cured. In this involved process, resin and hardener are blended together under heat and pressure, degassed for density, hot poured into the tank, and oven cured. Only with this method can we be assured that you are getting the most wear resistant lining available.

Inovatec lining has a 90 durometer rating and are superior in wear resistance, as well as tension and tear resistance when compared to other linings on similar applications. Each Inovatec polyurethane lined chamber warranty for 2 full years against wear through and structural failure.

Dosing Pump

The vibratory polishing machine uses dosing pump in the Compound flow-through system and Compound Close-loop Recirculation system. However, in the batch system, dosing pump is not necessary.

In some workshop, technician mix water and compound in a certain ratio with dosing pump and tape water control. However, some other factories premix compound and water, then pump into vibratory finishing machine.

Pneumatic level flap:

When vibratory finishing process is ready, flap in the separation deck controlled with a pneumatic cylinder. Then flap lower down, so that media and parts and move to the internal separation deck.

Besides, a pneumatic level flap is easier for PLC control and integrate into the program. Therefore, we can achieve automation discharge parts.

Soundproof cover:

The soundproof cover is popular in Europe and USA to reduce noise in the workshop. If compare with an acoustic room, a soundproof cover is truly a cost saving solution to product operator and reduce the noise level. Typically, with sound cover, the noise level can reduce 5-10 dB.

The soundproof cover with a steel lid covered with waved foam. Therefore, this foam with special surface structure will effectively absorb noise.

To protect operators, Inovatec with our design cylinder lift sound cover. So that even through no energy support the cover, the sound cover will keep open. Because it is clutch by a mechanical fixture.

Speed converter:

Speed converter we also call it variable frequency drive or frequency converter. The main function of this device is to control speed and intensity of vibration. But why we need to control the intensity of vibration?

When media and parts separation, reduced vibration force can prevent parts-on-parts hit and scratch in separation deck. While in the vibratory polishing machine without separation deck, a slow down tumbling is easier for workers to collect parts manually.
